How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time to order specialty balloons and material. Please submit an inquiry as soon as you know your event date, time, and venue.

Do you require a deposit?

After reviewing your proposal and contract, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and breakdown services depending on the event and package selected.  The fees will appear on your proposal.

How long do balloons last?

Balloon longevity depends on the type of balloons, weather, and setup location. Most indoor installations last several days to weeks.

Do you work indoors and outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but outdoor balloon decorations are subject to weather conditions such as heat, wind, and rain. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather after installation. The weather gets extremely hot in Arizona from June through September. Heat and balloons do not mix. During these months will not offer outdoor setups unless the setup location is completely shaded for the entirety of both our setup time and the event itself.

What should I have ready before setup?

For most setups, we simply need access to the event space, a clear area for installation, and any venue requirements communicated in advance. Depending on the design, access to electrical outlets and sufficient setup time may also be needed. We'll review all setup details with you before your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Question 10

What should I know about rental items?

Accepted Answer

Rental items such as backdrops, shimmer walls, easels, stands, frames, and balloon bases remain the property of Graceful Gathering Desgins LLC and must be available for pickup after your event. Pickup details will be arranged in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring rental items remain in good condition during the rental period. Additional fees may apply for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and cover planning and material costs. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the event date cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable. Any cancellations made after final payment may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to your contract for complete details.
